As our government restricts the movement of people to contain the COVID-19 outbreak, it leaves the underprivileged\u00a0<\/span>and\u00a0<\/span>marginalised without help. They rely on the helping hands of non-profit organisations to get by, sometimes one meal at a time. These households depend entirely on the breadwinners\u2019 daily wages.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

With the Movement Control Order in place, they are left to survive on savings they have – many daily wage earners have none. While some of us have stocked up grocery to last us a week, there are many who simply cannot afford to do so.<\/span><\/p>

They need your help more than ever. Any contribution, big or small, will help these households get through this trying time.<\/span><\/p>

Yellow House, a local grassroots NGO, has been working with marginalised, vulnerable communities since 2011. In order to have maximum impact, Yellow House thoroughly assesses the needs of these communities to match them with existing opportunities.<\/span><\/p>\n
