Unseen Tours Kuala Lumpur<\/strong> is not poverty tourism, neither is it about showing the poor side of Kuala Lumpur. In fact it is about the empowering those who arguably know the streets of Kuala Lumpur better than any other citizen here .<\/p>

We have simply turned what was long considered as the main weakness of our streets friends (the fact that they live on the streets), into their very strength; giving them an opportunity to uplift and change their own circumstances.<\/p>

It is transformational, sustainable, and restores their dignity and self-respect as individuals. With this partnership, we hope to empower more lives through social enterprise model, which allows scalability and can be replicated in other cities.<\/p>


Friends of Unseen Tours Kuala Lumpur
<\/strong><\/em><\/strong>Like the rest of us, the Unseen Tours guides need off days and also have other needs to be tended to as they come from a vulnerable community before becoming our beneficiaries. These includes hospital appointments, hospital visits, illness, and family visits. On such occasions, the Friends of Unseen Tours, a group of individuals that are trained by the guides themselves, will step in and conduct the tours.\u00a0<\/span><\/em>While Friends of Unseen Tours will comprise of the staff and volunteers of Yellow House Kuala Lumpur, you can be assured that we will\u00a0 uphold the quality of the tours so you know that you will still experience the same sights, smells and sounds.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>
